Yesterday an AOL headline read "Shark Attacks Teenage Girl". Today it says "Shark Attacks Surfing Star". They're both about the same kid. Notice the extra sensationalism in the second headline? Of course! It's not horrific enough to just have a normal kid lose an arm. They have to step it up a notch and make her a surfing star! Oh yeah. Really exciting, AOL.
